I ordered my brother's DD214 for him on-line and paid for it on Dec.5th, 2016.

He died 2 days later. I called the company and left a message on their phone# but no one called me back. Since then, I have emailed them several times. The only response I get is we are sorry but your refund request is outside of our refund policy time lapse.

NO SERVICES WERE PROVIDED - but they have no problem keeping the $95 I sent them. They should be put out of business. Today, I sent a Fax to the person of contact I was given when I placed the order.

This is where I was to send the form they have on their website - "Request Pertaining to Military Records" which I never submitted back to them because of my brother's death.How can a company operate like this and sleep at night - UGH!!!

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $99.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Very hard to reach a human.
